These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CostRouter, including our website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and related services.

By accessing or using CostRouter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CostRouter를 사용하려면 구속력 있는 계약을 체결할 수 있어야 하며 적용 법률을 준수해야 합니다. 제공하는 계정 정보의 정확성에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

API Key를 사용한 활동을 포함하여 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있으며, 인증 정보와 키를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.

CostRouter는 중국 본토에 위치한 사용자의 이용을 금지합니다. 중국 본토에서의 이용이 확인되는 경우 CostRouter는 계정을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있으며, 결제된 요금 또는 잔여 잔액은 환불되지 않습니다.

CostRouter provides access to AI model routing, API management, usage visibility, and related account workflows. Availability, supported models, pricing, routing behavior, and limits may change over time.

You are responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate for your use case and for complying with laws, third-party terms, and policies that apply to your content and applications.

You may not use CostRouter to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, distribute malware, spam, scrape or overload systems, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with other users.

You may not submit content or requests that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable provider or platform policies.

You are responsible for the prompts, inputs, files, outputs, and other content you submit or generate through CostRouter.

You grant CostRouter the permissions needed to process, transmit, store, and display content only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service and comply with these terms.

Fees, credits, quotas, recharge options, billing units, and model prices are shown in the service or applicable documentation. Usage may be calculated from request volume, token counts, model type, routing path, or other service metrics.

You are responsible for charges incurred through your account. Pricing, supported payment methods, and billing rules may change prospectively.

CostRouter may route requests to or integrate with third-party infrastructure, model providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, rate limits, and availability constraints. CostRouter is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

CostRouter and its website, dashboard, designs, software, documentation, trademarks, and related materials are owned by CostRouter or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of CostRouter technology or branding. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms.

당사는 모델, 라우트, 기능, 문서 및 계정 기능을 포함하여 CostRouter의 일부를 언제든지 변경, 일시 중단, 제한 또는 중단할 수 있습니다.

당사는 귀하의 사용이 본 약관을 위반하거나, 위험을 만들거나, 피해를 초래하거나, CostRouter 또는 타인에게 책임을 발생시킬 수 있다고 판단하는 경우 접근을 일시 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

CostRouter는 있는 그대로 및 이용 가능한 상태로 제공됩니다. 당사는 서비스의 중단 없는 제공, 오류 없는 작동, 특정 모델 출력, 특정 라우트의 영구적 가용성 또는 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.

AI 출력은 부정확하거나, 불완전하거나, 불쾌감을 줄 수 있거나, 귀하의 사용 목적에 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 출력에 의존하기 전에 이를 검토할 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CostRouter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to CostRouter for the service giving rise to the claim during the period allowed by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CostRouter from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, applications, account activity, violation of these terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.

Your continued use of CostRouter after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
